Our first time in this group of hotels . Found it very pleasant. Being on the ground floor and being elderly , found It easy to get around and having a breakfast included that was tasty made it very pleasant. I would certainly go back again. Why did I give the star rating I did , the light didn't work by my bed and wasn't repaired by the time we left. Being out of the way has its advantages quiet from noisy road traffic but a little way to travel to get to local town etc. Our return 19/20 Nov. 24. No trouble with the room and very comfortable and we slept very well worth 5 star rating. Certainly would stay again and recommend.

Nice place clean rooms and nice food. Did not like the barn entrance at night lights were very poor on steps nearly triped up every time I used them

My recent stay at the beautiful Best Western Brome Grange Hotel was a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hospitality and courtesy of the staff. Even after catering to an entire wedding over the weekend, they seamlessly managed to provide attentive service for us. A special shoutout to the kind bartender who exclusively served us on Sunday evening; his thoughtful approach truly made our time at the hotel memorable. We had the privilege of enjoying a delicious meal in the restaurant, where every dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Our room was not only cozy but also remarkably quiet, allowing for a restful retreat after our day. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality! We look forward to returning for another wonderful stay in the spring!

Ottimo hotel, dotato di camere molto grandi e dotato di molti comfort. Il portiere è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è tipica inglese e molto buona. Prezzi corretti. Parcheggio interno!

what a nightmare, sewage in the room 5, 1 hour to find staff and moved to a room not fit for Disable need,,"well somewhere to sleep " it just become unbelievable go down for dinner, order my meal, from a list of 5 starters there has only 2, mains of the 5 mains listed only 3 was available, ordered gammon my partner ordered spaghetti, now the fun begging after a 2 hour wait my meal looked like it had sat on the hotplate for the 2 hours, my partner's meal was still frozen and cold, no deserts, well that was very poor, so on to breakfast the next day, O.M.G. went to the dinning room, to find not one clear table, after waiting so time, a young lady came out and ask what would we like to eat, having ordered, myself and my friend had to move all the dirty plates and food so we can eat, the lady say sorry we have no staff i all a lone,, well breakfast was burned and not fit to eat, my partners ordered pouch eggs on toast, want what came up was 2 eggs on 2 slices of dry bread sat in the middle of the plate, at which point some so called manage a was taking notes from us all about the night before, and would rise this issue with her boss, thinking thing would get better thats a joke, that night a number staff stated meals the would be a bit late due to a couch of people would be severed before us, ok i understand that, 1/2 later a staff number came to take our orders, out of 5 starters there 1 one which was something no one wanted, the mains where all stacks midden rear, well every one was still eating the grass and mooing , the once more was cold and uneatable, so one called Sulton a directer, was on site but run away into the gyn,, on leaving i was given a bill for food and room which i stated i would not pay untill i saw a manage, " by the way none site" thing get no better, as i had left, to go home in London. a member staff wake my friend and made him pay my bill, which was so compensation would be sorted out later, well this was on the 19th of august of this year, well 6 week later no joy, sorry i was ask would like to go back for a free meal as there was not that bad, i am still waiting to hear about my compensation, i would say do not book to stay here,,

A nice place to stay when visiting the area, check in was easy despite arriving fairly late in the evening. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom very modern. We did have an issue with lack of power at one point during our stay however the maintenance man sorted this quickly for us. Rooms have everything you might need such as fan, iron, kettle, hair dryer and blankets. Room was replenished with water, tea, coffee and biscuits as well as a local magazine Will stay here again when in the area visiting family.

All members of the team were fantastic, considering they were understaffed. Everyone was polite, approachable and extremely helpful. Thank you everyone for making our son's wedding party accommodation a great experience.

Staff were absolutely brilliant. Room was very big and had everything we needed. Bathroom poor with broken shower rail & all seals broken on the shower door leading to flooding on the floor. Dinner menu very sparse with food we had very bland. Breakfast plenty but chef needs training on how to cook an English breakfast.

Don,t get me wrong the staff are great, but the shower in the room was broken and the food was terrable both breakfast and dinner were RANK. I would avoid this hotel.

Second visit here. First visit was better. On this occasion turned up to check in at 5.30PM and room wasn't ready. Check in is from 3PM, so good job we didn't arrive earlier. Eventually got room and it was a double bed (my teenage son wouldn't want to share a bed, besides i want what i booked) when we booked a twin. They sorted that by putting us in separate rooms for the night before being given a twin for our second night. We missed breakfast first morning due to an early start. I wish we'd missed it second morning to be honest! I paid for 2 adult breakfasts even though my son is a fussy eater he is happy to fill up on croissants etc. Don't take any notice of the breakfast menu on the website. No croissants. No yogurts. No white bread. All of which they claim to serve. So my son had a bowl of cereal. I paid for a full breakfast for a bowl of cereal?? As for mine it was cold and shell in scrambled egg. On the plus side rooms are nice! Won't be back for a third visit.

Hotel and staff were amazing. Location good. My only reservation was the small entrance on a bend. A mirror opposite would be beneficial as I just couldn't see to the right of me turning left out of the property. Not a criticism just an observation

No hot water. Looks like others have had the same issue throughout the week, this obviously isn't a one off issue and wasn't rectified during my stay like the staff ensured it would be. Not the service I expect from a large hotel chain.

Our first room was not like any of the photos, it was small, the furniture was worn and old, there was leak coming from the towel holder and the sink in the bathroom, the edges of the bath didn’t look as if they had been cleaned properly and there was an odd musty smell. After overlooking all the issues the one I couldn’t get past was the shower not getting warm at all. I approached the lovely lady at reception, I didn’t catch her name but she sounded northern possibly Newcastle, and she was able to allow us into another room that was unoccupied for the 2 nights so we could use the shower. After entering this room I was quite surprised at how much nicer this room was, considering it was only 2 doors away from our original room. After this realisation I politely asked if because it was an empty room if we could stay in this room for our stay to make the shower situation much easier to which she happily agreed. My problem now and the question I ask myself is if this room was available, and I didn’t see many other people around during our stay so I presume there was other vacant rooms, why had we been left with a cupboard like room where clearly the standards are much lower compared to the opposing rooms. If it was a late booking I could completely understand but we booked at least 4 months in advance so I find it hard to believe the room was the only one available at the time. Everything else was amazing, the scenery, every member of staff we came across, the gym, the breakfast and there’s plenty of parking.

Had a lovely stay at Brome Grange, lovely quiet location and good amenities. Special thanks to Jake in the restaurant for making our dinner and breakfast experience so lovely, he is a credit to the hotel. Would definitely return.
